Start Screening
Before the certification process begins, we first conduct a general risk assessment. You provide us with the product’s ingredient list, after which we perform a quick screening. We analyze all ingredients and identify any potential obstacles to certification. This gives you immediate insight into the feasibility of certification: Is your product already allergy-friendly, or will a reformulation be necessary?
Science Calling
Collecting the required info can take time, but we’re here to help make it smooth. Make sure to review the certification criteria and gather all required documents in advance. We can only start once we have everything.
How it works:
– You’ll receive a contract and, if needed, an NDA.
– Join the Redmine webinar (our secure data system).
– Upload INCI lists, percentages, and technical datasheets per product.
Once everything is uploaded, we’ll begin the assessment. For cosmetics, this takes about three weeks. Non-cosmetic products may take a bit longer. All info is treated confidentially and used only for the assessment.

Approved by our team of toxicologists and researchers? Fantastic! You can now officially use our certification mark on your products. You can download our media kit with helpful resources for communicating the certification. Every certified product brings us one step closer to a skin-friendly future.
