How do I get access to Redmine?

To get access to Redmine, send an email to Sofie at sofie@allergycertified.com

How long does it take to certify a product?

The certification timeline varies depending on the product, but our general timeline is three weeks from the moment we have received all necessary information. Contact us for personalized advice.

What are the costs of certification?

When AllergyCertified receives a new product, it takes between 3 to 5 hours to assess whether it meets the certification requirements. The hourly rate is €165 (excluding VAT).
Once your products are AllergyCertified, you pay an annual fee based on the turnover of the certified products. This fee is 0.45% of the revenue.

I’m in a hurry and want to speed up the certification process!

If you need a faster assessment of products and raw materials, you have the option to change the priority in Redmine to “Urgent”. This will let us know that the assessment needs to be completed within 1–3 days. However, this requires AllergyCertified staff to work outside regular office hours, and the price will be double.

Can everyone see what I upload in Redmine?

Each company has access to its own individual Redmine. This access is exclusively available to employees of the company and AllergyCertified. All information is treated confidentially.

How do I know if everything has been uploaded correctly?

AllergyCertified will notify you if anything has not been uploaded correctly.

Our raw material supplier cannot disclose the full composition of a raw material. What should we do?

AllergyCertified can enter into a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with your supplier and obtain the information directly from them.

What documentation do we need to request from the (raw material) supplier?

AllergyCertified requires 100% composition of all raw materials, as well as information about any impurities, if present. The required documentation therefore includes the SDS, TDS, MSDS, and a 100% composition overview of each raw material.

What should I upload first: Product or Raw Material?

We recommend uploading all raw materials before uploading the product. If some raw materials cannot be approved, you will know that the product cannot be approved either, and you may want to make some changes before we begin the assessment of the product, for which we charge a fee.
